Naga Eight Restaurant Celebrates Tradition with Its ‘Taste of Mid-Autumn’ Mooncakes

SANUR, BALI, September 2, 2026: Naga Eight invites guests to celebrate the cherished season of reunion with the launch of its exclusive “Taste of Mid-Autumn” mooncake collection. Symbolising wholeness, unity, and good fortune, each handcrafted festive box offers a distinctive selection of rich and decadent flavours designed as a thoughtful holiday gift to be shared with loved ones.

The 2026 curated assortment features eight distinct creations blending modern dessert elements with tea and liqueur-infused accents:

  • Liqueur-Infused: Baileys and Kahlúa
  • Decadent Desserts: Black Forest and Chocoberry
  • Artisanal Teas: Genmaicha, Salt Matcha, and Lingoncha
  • Asian Favourites: Ube Mochi

Presented in an elegant red and gold gift box with floral detailing, the collection is designed for family celebrations, corporate gifting, and festive entertaining with clients and colleagues.

“Bali and Chinese culture share something very meaningful: a deep respect for family, tradition, food and the rituals that bring people together,” said Prami Pratiwi, Co-Founder & Creative Director, Naga Eight. “We want to celebrate that connection through a distinctly Cantonese dining experience that feels at home in Bali. It is not about blending cultures until they lose their identity, but allowing each one to stand proudly while creating a place where people can gather, share and make new memories.”

“For me, the Mid-Autumn Festival is about bringing people together through the simple pleasures of good food and meaningful tradition,” says Adrianus Indarto, Patron Chef at Naga Eight. “This year, we have paired our mooncakes with carefully selected Chinese teas to create a harmonious experience where every bite and every sip complements the other.”
